Smart Agency 90-Day Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

At Smart Agency, we’re confident that our systems and outreach strategies will help you land clients within 90 days of consistent implementation. That’s why we offer our 90-Day Guarantee: if you carry out all the outreach strategies outlined in the course and do not secure any new clients within 90 days, you’ll receive free 1:1 coaching until you do.

This guarantee is designed to support your success — it is not a refund policy. All course sales are final and non-refundable.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for the 90-Day Guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions:

1. Course Completion
   You must have completed all modules, lessons, and exercises in the Smart Agency course.

2. Active Implementation
   You must have actively and consistently implemented all outreach and prospecting strategies as taught in the course. This includes, but is not limited to:

   • Sending outreach messages (email, LinkedIn, or other approved channels)

   • Following up with leads

   • Managing your pipeline as instructed

   • Using scripts, offers, and systems provided in the course

3. Proof of Implementation
   You must provide verifiable evidence that you executed all outreach strategies effectively and consistently over the 90-day period. Acceptable proof includes (but is not limited to):

   • Screenshots or logs of outreach messages sent

   • Calendar or CRM data showing outreach activity and follow-ups

   • Notes or reports detailing client communications

4. Timeframe
   The 90-day period begins on the exact date of your course enrollment.

5. No New Clients
   You must be able to demonstrate that, despite implementing all strategies, you have not acquired any new paying clients during the 90-day window.

3. Guarantee Fulfillment

If all eligibility criteria are met:

• You will receive free 1:1 coaching sessions at a frequency of one (1) 60-minute session per month until you successfully sign a new client.

• These sessions are designed to refine your outreach process, improve your offer, and troubleshoot any remaining obstacles.

• Coaching sessions will be conducted online via Zoom or an equivalent video conferencing platform.

4. Verification Process

To activate your 90-Day Guarantee:

1. Submit your implementation proof within 10 days following the end of your 90-day period.

2. Our team will review your materials within 7 business days.

3. If approved, your complimentary 1:1 coaching will begin the following month.

Failure to provide adequate or verifiable proof of effort will void eligibility for the guarantee.

5. No Refund Policy

All purchases of the Smart Agency course are final and non-refundable, regardless of performance, implementation, or results.
The 90-Day Guarantee does not constitute a refund or partial credit under any circumstances.
Instead, the guarantee offers continued personalized coaching support until you secure your first client — ensuring you have every opportunity to succeed.

6. Limitations & Exclusions

The guarantee is valid only for customers who:

• Purchased the Smart Agency course directly from the official Smart Agency website or authorized partners.

• Have not previously received a refund, credit, or complimentary enrollment in any Smart Agency program.

The guarantee will be void if you:

• Fail to complete the course or implement the outreach strategies as outlined

• Do not submit sufficient proof of effort

• Have already acquired a new client during the 90-day period

• Violate the course’s Terms of Use or Code of Conduct

7. Modifications

Smart Agency reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. However, any updates will not affect participants who are already within an active 90-day guarantee period.
